We can help you immediately, wherever you are, whenever you need help, and do so with great cost-efficiency. So how does it work? Upon your authorization, we connect to your computer via our remote connection program. We often connect with you on the phone as well, so you can ask questions, provide additional information, and learn tips that will help you avoid trouble in the future. You can watch the technician perform tasks right on your monitor and see everything that is done. At the end of the session, we remove the remote connection software and cannot reconnect or gain access to your computer unless you reauthorize and reinstall the program.
